What happens if my ROGO allocation expires?

If a ROGO allocation is not used before its expiration date, it reverts to the allocation pool. Extensions may be available in certain circumstances, but it is critical to track your allocation timeline and begin construction promptly.

ROGO allocations have expiration dates tied to construction milestones. If you do not start building within the allocated timeframe, you risk losing the allocation. I always advise my clients to have their builder and permits lined up before taking ownership of a ROGO lot.
