What is the most affordable Keys community?

Short Answer

Generally, Marathon and some areas of the Lower Keys offer more affordable entry points than Key Largo, Islamorada, or Key West. However, prices vary significantly based on waterfront access, property condition, and specific location.

Big Pine Key and the Lower Keys generally offer the lowest entry prices. You can find canal-front homes here at prices that would be impossible in Key Largo or Islamorada. The trade-off is distance from the Upper Keys amenities, but many of my clients love the quiet lifestyle.
